GOT BARBER? apparel is made to order and fulfilled through print on demand partners. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, returns, exchanges, and refunds are limited.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and may submit it to our fulfillment partner for approval. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Size exchanges and buyer's remorse
Size exchanges, color changes, wrong-size orders, and buyer's remorse returns are not guaranteed because products are made to order. Please review product details, sizing, color, and shipping information before placing your order.
