GOT BARBER? apparel is produced and shipped through print on demand fulfillment partners. Each item may require production time before it ships.

Processing and production

Production times vary by product, order volume, and fulfillment location. Orders are sent to production after payment is confirmed. Production and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your email and shipping address are accurate before placing your order.

Delivery estimates and carrier delays

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier. GOT BARBER? is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control after an order has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows a problem or your package arrives damaged, contact us at gotbarber.com@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue and work with the fulfillment partner or carrier when appropriate

International Shipping

GOT BARBER? currently ships physical merchandise to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

International customers may be responsible for duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by GOT BARBER? and are the customer’s responsibility.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
